I do Agry with u that govt. jobs r better and if a person want to go to Govt. job from Private job Its Quite more defficult
But if a person want to go to Private job from govt. job it is quite easier
Sir one more thing i want to Know
as i am intrested in govt job and i am by qualification Computer Engg. I need some links or name of Exarms by which i can enter in govt. secter(respected to my qulification) sir kindely send it to my mail id i will be really very thank full to u

I am of the opinion that govt job is much better.Though it suffers from demerits ones own merit cannot be shadowed.One can progrees anywhere in any sector.They scale is also good.

govt job is better than private job because of security of job i do agree with the author . if you are not sure about your job then how you can give better output to your organization.
other thing in govt department is limited working hours no over time and lot of holidays according to calender.

Sorry! we beg to differ. The focal point, which the author has attempted to highlight is the security. If Indian Railway privatize the pantry or Great Eastern Hotel is sold, where lies the security? Its not the pay commission that can determine the performances of the individuals, rather, it is the qualitative output that can ensure a constant growth.
