Job Description:-

Position 1: Cisco L2 Resource (IVR & CTI)

  1. CCNA certification is Must.
  2. Possess strong troubleshooting skills & implement fixes / workarounds to restore operations with a high TAT
  3. Implementing changes in a Cisco environment.
  4. Knowledge & understanding of Networking for a Cisco deployment
  5. Flexibility to work in a 24 x 7 environment.
  6. Cisco Gateways,Call Manager.
  7. Preference will be given to those:
  8. Working with Cisco TAC & Cisco L3 towards problem escalation / resolution or deploying changes
  9. With Knowledge of ICM Scripting and implementation of changes
  10. Having Cisco CCVP certification

Position 2: Cisco L1 Resource (IVR & CTI)

Experience: 1+ years

Skills:

  1. CCNA certification is Must.
  2. Implementing changes in a Cisco environment.
  3. Flexibility to work in a 24 x 7 environment.
  4. Knowledge & understanding of Networking for a Cisco deployment.
