Job Description:-

  1. Pre Sales Head / Mega Deal Solution Architect
  2. The mega deal solution architect will be part of the offshore AM pre-sales team reporting jointly to OS AM MD and Mega Deal Hub Leaders and will work very closely with the sales and account team in all phases of sales life cycle.
  3. He/She will help the sales team in market research and identifying the opportunities and market segment.
  4. He/She will identify the pain points of the prospective client build a solution addressing them. He/She will help the client during the RFI/RFP process.
  5. He/She will take charge of responding to the RFI/RFP with an objective of winning it.
  6. He/She will coordinate with all the internal stakeholders in order to put forward an approved winning solution.
  7. The role is not the same as the current profile of AM pre-sales people, as the current people are not able to LEAD the solutioning of a Mega deal.
  8. This role requires much more experience in solutioning of LARGE deals as the primary architect.
  9. Person must be mature and have solid skills of working on virtual cross-cultural teams and effective lead the team towards arriving at a winning solution.
  10. Frequent travel to any European country for short periods would be involved
  11. Service delivery management in blended delivery model. Independent responding to RFI/RFPs. Management and coordination with internal stakeholders.
  12. Commercial acumen.
  13. Cross cultural skills.
  14. Excellent Interpersonal & team working skills.
  15. Maturity. Poise & Gravitas. Prior experience in running large AM programs which involved blended delivery and interacting with customers at CXO level.
  16. Strong ITIL knowledge and skills.
  17. Deep technical background in either AMES or GEAS areas, preferably both.
  18. Good Program management experience on large programs.
  19. Presentation capability at CXO level.
  20. Handled large ticket size bids, handled Cxo levels, worked with client and business development team.
