Job Description:-

1. We have an immediate opening for a Sr. CICS Systems Programmer/Engineer to work as part of our growing team. Our Systems Programmer/Engineer’s are responsible for developing, installing, modifying and maintaining systems software.
2. They are proficient in programming and control languages and in software problem identification and resolution.
3. Our Systems Programmer/Engineer’s assist in the identification, evaluation, tailoring and implementation of software/hardware solutions.

Desires Candidate Profile:-

1. 5-7 years of experience with CICS, SMP/E, System Software Installation and troubleshooting
2. 3-5 years project management.
3. Strong initiative and judgment relative to problem determination/resolution.
4. Attention to detail on multi-complex tasks.
5. Strong written and oral communication skills.
6. Experience with dump debugging using IPCS and maintaining CICS assembler exits is a plus
7. Experience in CPSM, REXX, DB2, IMS, MQ, and COBOL programming is a plus.
8. The ability to effectively adapt to rapidly changing technology and to apply the technology to satisfy business needs.
9. The ability to influence technology provided by vendors.
