3. Should have independently developed sizable business for cutting tools / auto components.
4. Aptitude to handle techno-commercial job.
5. Good communication skills & knowledge of computers essential.
6. Should have participated in trade fairs & develop business by understanding customers requirement.
7. Candidates from Broach / Gear Manufacturing Industry preferred.
