Job Description:-

• Candidates must have a B.E. Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrument Engineering with relevant training programs , and understanding of plant operations and maintenance.

•  Minimum 8 yrs exp. in Petrochemical Plants or Refineries in maintenance and maintenance planning with substantial exposure to operational and technical activities.

• Candidate must be able to identify and develop potential value-adding manufacturing service offerings for the manufacturing sites within the areas.

• Able to participate in service development project teams to assess each potential service offering , obtain and analyze data from the manufacturing sites to develop a model and business case for each service , develops comprehensive implementation plans for each viable service covering re-sourcing , training , facility requirements , etc

• Ability to establish and maintain working relationship with Services Development department in other geographical areas to share learning and information about service opportunities and development status.
