Banking and Financial Services Group:
  • Banking and Financial Services Group ( BFS ) is the primary relationship manager for our Banking client retail client base in Australia , New Zealand , Asia , North America and Europe.
  • Products and services include wealth management , stockbroking and retail lending and banking solutions such as residential and commercial mortgages , investment lending , credit cards and relationship banking to businesses and professionals.
Role Overview:
  • Customer Service Consultants are the first point of contact for phone based inquiries for the users of a wide range of products from the Bank's online administration platform to Cash and Superannuation products. 
  • The Contact Center based in Sydney primarily acts as an extension of the products to assist financial intermediaries , their associates and clients with queries relating to all Banking and Financial products.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide an exceptional client experience when receiving and / or initiating calls to adviser or clients.
  • Respond promptly in providing information to inquiries.
  • Learning technical aspects of core and specialized retail products.
  • Identify leads , value-adds and solutions for our clients.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to pro actively escalate any non standard account activity.
  • Work collaboratively with operational administration teams to follow up on outstanding and missing client information.
  • Identifying missing , fraudulent or incorrect information in account requests.
  • Participate in regular team workshops to provide feedback around process improvement and increasing the service offering to account holders and advisers.
  • Conduct risk management follow ups as identified by the risk management team.
  • Record information for transactions.
  • Uphold the Brand image of Bank.

  • Tertiary qualification ( Business / Economics / Accounting / Finance )
  • Superannuation knowledge ( essential )
