Job Description:-

• Recruitment of Advisors.

• Recruiting Advisors from their own contact database.

• Train the advisors on products and get licensing done.

• Manage the advisors under him.

• Motivate the advisors to achieve targets.

• Should co-ordinate with advisors for meeting customers.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

• Should be from Local area ( Chennai ).

• Team Handling Experenice is must.

• Minimum graduate with no break in education ( MBA will be preferred ).

• Age group 23-35 years.

• Should have experience in any kind of sales.

• Persistence & resilience.

• High energy levels.

• Self driven & dynamic personality.

• Good spoken & written English & knowledge of a second language.

• Accountability.

• Good network in market.
