General:During the training period of 1 year duration, besides initial basic pay as mentioned above, Industrial Dearness Allowance, Variable dearness Allowance, Special Dearness allowance, Attendance Bonus shall be paid as per NCWA-VIII. After successful completion of training, they shall be regularized in above pay scale with 3% of progressive basic pay as annual increment, LTC/ LLTC, Medical facilities for self & dependent family members & other fringe benefits as per NCWA-VIII .
