Job Description :-

• Deploy the process of smooth technology transfer from Lab to Manufacturing through Pilot plant with thorough emphasis on control process parameter like flow, particle size, pressure, temperature etc)

• Deploy mechanism of RCA (root cause analysis) for any failure and implement problem solving approach to eliminate re-occurrence and ensure smooth process validation.

• Participate in qualification of new equipment (writing validation protocols and carry out validation studies and ensuring successful launch of new products) .

• Participate in capacity planning to ensure availability of equipment at the right time to launch new products.

• Identify relevant new technologies (like…) and implementation of the same.

• Identify the needs of Process automation, interact with vendors and implement identified areas.

• Collaborate with R&D, Mfg, Quality and supplies team seamlessly to ensure timely development of product.

Desired Candidate Profile :-

• Ph.D / M.Tech in Chemical Engineering with 10-12 years of experience in a Formulations Development organization handling technology transfer operations.
